Bodegas Borsao is situated in Borja city in the Northwest of the province of Zaragoza in the occidental area of the region of Moncayo. Bodegas Borsao has been the origin and engine of the denomination of Campo de Borja in Aragon, also called "the empire of Garnacha".
The grapes for this wine come from mountain vineyards with an age of 35 to 60 years situated at an altitude of 600-700 meters, on stony, slimy soils with clay and limestone.
